ABOUT US

Vitality Bowls is committed to giving back to our local communities. Our corporate stores donate regularly to the local Food Banks. We also partner with a number of schools, donating gift cards and a portion of profits to various fundraisers. We support local children’s sports teams by providing smoothies for the kids to refuel their bodies.
As a restaurant brand, Vitality Bowls is always working to reduce waste and support sustainable practices. We encourage a commitment to recycling and composting when available in each of our stores. We only source meats from farmers with humane practices. We use organic products whenever possible. As long as fruits and veggies are fresh and top quality, we use each and every one regardless of its aesthetic shape.

What I love most about owning a Vitality Bowls franchise is the Human Connection. This is why becoming a Vitality Bowls Franchisee has been so rewarding both spiritually, mentally and financially. Through our delicious superfood experience, we have created great relationships with our customers and formed a sense of community. Vitality Bowls has started a movement in our community to really celebrate healthy, clean eating! Food is medicine. It has the ability to heal and we educate and explore this perspective with our customers. Our Vitality Bowls team, along with myself, have connected with hundreds of customers and through their stories. Our passion for healthy food has created a positive and strong bond that continues to grow stronger and touch the lives of the Lubbock Community.

My passion in life is being healthy and sharing the knowledge of it with others. What I love most about Vitality Bowls is that it allows me to share my passion with local communities. A large percentage of people hear the word healthy and think it doesn’t taste good, however Vitality Bowls has shown that it’s delicious to eat healthier. As the owner I have the opportunity to help customers understand all the nutritional benefits the food provides them, while showing it’s satisfying and tasty too!
My favorite bowls are the “Detox” and “Graviola”.

Being an owner at Vitality Bowls for almost a year now has been a very gratifying experience for me and my family. When we started the process, it was clearly evident that their mission, purpose and values matched those I was passionate about. Through this journey, I have learned that we live in a rapidly changing environment and Vitality Bowls is constantly changing as well. I remember joining when only one franchise store was opened, and to watch the growth and scale of Vitality Bowls now, makes me proud to be part of the family. I know this franchise has the potential to continue to great things and I am so excited to be part of this incredible journey.

Dana is a nuclear electrician turned Vitality Bowls franchise owner. As a coach for her kids’ sports teams, she was constantly driving to and from games and wanted a healthy alternative to fast food restaurants. In May 2016 she decided to open a Vitality Bowls in her hometown of Roseville, CA. Drawing from her nuclear electrician background, she knows that to be proficient at something like sports or a healthy body, you need to practice and work hard. That includes putting the right food in your body and creating that healthy food is what she loves best about owning a Vitality Bowls.

Won and Christina Kim are the owners of Vitality Bowls in Brea, CA. They are so excited to be able to provide a healthier option of eating to their community which they have lived in for the past 7 years. With passion and eagerness to build this brand of Vitality Bowls, they have made it a point to bring a wonderful, genuine dining experience to each customer when visiting their store. It is their desire to have people excited about eating healthy and experiencing new foods that make them feel better.
Christina is the operator of the store, and her favorite part of working at Vitality Bowls is interacting with each customer and meeting new people. She believes every interaction can leave a lasting impression, so she is committed to providing delicious food with a smile. She loves working here because it’s food she believes in and her passion is to live a healthier lifestyle for herself and her two daughters. Christina’s favorite acai bowl is the Nutty Bowl with added strawberries on top. When she’s not at the store, you can find her doing burpees and running at the local YMCA. Won is also an operator of the store, and he is responsible for all the backend of running the store. He always had a passion to be an entrepreneur and business owner ever since he started helping out at his father’s menswear store in Chicago. He eventually was managing the store on the weekends and summer breaks starting at the age of 16 until he graduated from college.
Won has a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Management Information Systems from Baylor University. He stays in shape by eating Warrior Bowls, working out, and playing sports. Won and Christina have two young daughters named Lila and Tabitha. You can often find the two girls helping at the store or eating a kids bowl at the bar stools. They are active members of the community as well as their church in Brea. They both have a passion for helping people and for taking care of their community.

“I strongly believe in a healthy lifestyle so Vitality Bowls was the perfect platform for me. It allows me to promote and offer well-balanced nutritional and life-changing food to customers and our new generations! I also love its uniqueness. It’s the perfect embodiment of a healthy living lifestyle which no other company offers.”

“What I love most about my Vitality Bowls franchise is that it promotes healthy eating habits with great tasting food for both young and old. It also promotes a safe food environment for those with food allergies.”

“What I like most about my Vitality Bowls is the customer interaction and experience. I love introducing acai bowls to new customers and educating them on the benefits of our bowls and ingredients. They are usually a little skeptical at first but it’s always great to see their moods and attitudes change from skepticism to excitement after a little education about our products.”
“What I love most about owning a Vitality Bowls franchise is the Human Connection. Vitality Bowls has started a movement in our community to really celebrate healthy, clean eating!”
