BY EAST BAY TIMES – Vitality Bowls, which bills itself as a purveyor of seasonally-driven Acai-berry bowls, smoothies, fresh juices, soups, salads and panini, is set to open soon at 3454 Mt. Diablo Blvd., Suite A1, in one of the retail spaces at the Merrill Gardens assisted living complex. read more
Vitality Bowls, already has shops in Pleasanton (Stoneridge Mall), San Ramon and Walnut Creek, and plans to open a number of other locations in the Bay Area, as well as two in Indiana.

BY THE INDIANAPOLIS BUSINESS JOURNAL Vitality Bowls is set to open Feb. 7 at 110 W. Main St., Suite 115, in the Carmel Arts & Design District, where the Huddles frozen yogurt shop was formerly located.
The upstart California-based chain offers low-fat meals and smoothies incorporating antioxidant-rich Acai berries, as well as a selection of fresh juices, soups, salads and Paninis.
The Carmel eatery is to be the first Vitality Bowls location in Indiana. It is operated by Eric and Sherrie Moore, and co-owners Dave and Irene Tang. Hours are Monday through Saturday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sundays 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. read more
