Vitality Bowls – A unique menu update is now available at the City Creek Vitality Bowls location. Dishes exclusive to the SLC branch of this national chain include supergreen goddess salad, chimichurri steak and a roasted potato bowl.
Amazing Fact: The owner of Vitality Bowls in Castle Rock is just 19 years old!
This past weekend my food adventures took me south of Denver to try out some savory menu items at Vitality Bowls. With a supergreens and seeds blend, chicken, egg, avocado, radish, cucumber, feta cheese, and a house made green goddess dressing, this bowl brought flavor and health tenfold. Definitely filling, but it didn’t leave me feeling overstuffed.
Vitality Bowls, the nation’s leading superfood café, is building on its mission to provide nutritious health-food offerings not found anywhere else with the launch of new savory menu items available only in Salt Lake City.
In addition to the açaí bowls and smoothies that engrained Vitality Bowls into the hearts of superfood fans across the country, the brand will now offer savory entrees in the form of salads, grain bowls, wraps and toasts as of September 8th.
The exclusive new menu will be available only at Vitality Bowls Salt Lake City at 51 South Main Street Space, at the City Creek Center.
“We are thrilled to debut our diversified menu options to community members and existing Vitality Bowls fans in Salt Lake City,” said Tara Gilad, president and co-founder of Vitality Bowls. “Our fan-favorite açaí bowls and signature smoothies pair perfectly with the new line of warm wraps, toasts, grain bowls and salads. Customers of all tastes will find something they enjoy on the expanded menu.”
Salt Lake City residents can dig into fresh salads like the Supergreen Goddess Salad, made with a blend of super greens, chicken, egg, avocado, radish, cucumber, topped with feta cheese, mint, superseed crunch and house-made green goddess dressing. For a heartier meal, fans can opt for the Chimichurri Steak and Roasted Potato Bowl, loaded with a blend of super greens, grass-feed steak, grains, roasted potato, roasted tomato, radish, chimichurri, lemon tahini vinaigrette and sprinkled with pepitas.
Options like the Vitality Wrap are sure to be a crowd pleaser, crafted in a tomato basil tortilla with hummus, avocado, super greens, grains, roasted potato, radish, pickled red onion, lemon tahini vinaigrette, vegan garlic aioli and superseed crunch. Vitality Bowls will also launch its unique take on the millennial-favorite avocado toast—it starts with avocado, grape tomatoes, feta cheese, superseed crunch and flaky salt on a bed of whole grain toast.
Since the brands inception, Vitality Bowls has offered made-to-order healthy favorites for every meal of the day, featuring the widest variety of unique superfoods. Guests can choose from a range of delectable açaí bowl options, such as the Dragon Bowl (featuring pitaya, mango juice, coconut milk, bananas, pineapple and raspberries) and their signature Vitality Bowl (with organic açaí, bananas strawberries and organic flax seed).
Northern California-based Vitality Bowls has become a bonafide leader in the health food industry over the last decade. The sophisticated, dynamic cafés play perfectly into the unique collection of superfood menu items, all containing extraordinary ingredients packed with antioxidants and high nutritional values. All açaí bowls and smoothies are prepared without any ingredient fillers like ice, frozen yogurt, or artificial preservatives, giving the purest taste possible.
Supergreen Goddess salad (no avocado per my request) PB & Chia jam toast
ooo this salad made me feel so energized. I mean just by looking at it I already feel like an IG influencer with their life together the dressing was perfect too, a great touch. Nice and light but filling!
The PB&Chia was definitely an adult version of pb&j and I LOVED it. I also liked how perfectly toasted the bread was. It withstood all the delicious toppings
