As Vitality Bowls’ new COO, Malinowski is responsible for the national strategic and operational leadership supporting franchisee sales and operations, as well as furthering the franchise opportunity for the brand as a whole.
Prior to joining Vitality Bowls, Malinowski spent years in the restaurant industry, most recently serving in various operations roles for Swallow Restaurant Group and Liquiteria in New York, where he supported building systems and cultures across both brands.

Malinowski joins Vitality Bowls amid a dynamic growth phase for the brand. Since launching in 2011, the concept has ignited significant growth, with more than 100 cafes now open or in development across the country.
