Amazing Fact: The owner of Vitality Bowls in Castle Rock is just 19 years old!
This past weekend my food adventures took me south of Denver to try out some savory menu items at Vitality Bowls. With a supergreens and seeds blend, chicken, egg, avocado, radish, cucumber, feta cheese, and a house made green goddess dressing, this bowl brought flavor and health tenfold. Definitely filling, but it didn’t leave me feeling overstuffed.
