Healthy Bowls Restaurant From the West Coast Rolls Into Plano

BY Plano Magazine – In the spirit of eating healthy this new year,Vitality Bowlswill give locals another healthy dining option when it open its first location in Plano this April.

This self-professed “superfood café” specializes in açaíbowls, smoothies, juices, salads and paninis. Originating in California, Vitality Bowls currently has more than 140 locations across the country.

Local residents Suzette and Mike Crews will own and operate the new Plano location.

“Suzette and I have been very impressed by the healthy options offered by Vitality Bowls and we believe it can make an impact on our family and provide healthy and delicious alternatives to our Plano neighbors,” said Mike.

Vitality Bowls features a variety of items with high nutritional content. The antioxidant-rich menu offers breakfast, lunch and dinner items made with nutrient-rich superfoods including acerola, organic camu camu, bee pollen and more.

Popular menu items include the Green Bowl with graviola, organic spirulina and organic hemp seeds, as well as the Dragon Bowl featuring pitaya, coconut milk and bananas. The signature Vitality Bowl contains a blend of organic açaí, strawberries and honey.
