In 2022, the Northern California-based franchise brand celebrated its 11-year anniversary as well as many other highlights, including nationwide growth in key markets throughout California, Texas, North Carolina, Ohio, Arizona, Connecticut and Florida. The health-centric brand opened the doors to nine new units across the country, with breakthrough entrances in the states of Arizona and Massachusetts. Additionally, Vitality Bowls closed out 2022 with the signing of 20 new franchise agreements.
Driving sales was a focal point for the brand in 2022 and after coming off of the heels of its nationwide savory menu launch in 2021, Vitality Bowls generated another year-over-year systemwide sales increase. The company has also sold over 3.8 million açaí bowls in less than two years.

For the fourth year in a row, Vitality Bowls partnered with the Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Connection Team (FAACT) during Food Allergy Awareness Month. In support of this nonprofit organization, Vitality Bowls donated 10 percent of the proceeds from their Bowl of the Month in May to aid in increased education about food allergies and enhance the safety of those affected by food allergies.
