We will definitely be coming back to this local superfood café to get our healthy fixings! Their balanced menu features both sweet and savory options that are full of superfoods and organic ingredients. For the savory side, we ordered the Power Pesto Chicken Bowl, which comes with a super greens blend, grains, grape tomatoes, pickled red onion, basil pesto, dijon white balsamic vinaigrette, goat cheese, and sunflower seeds. Every part of this hearty bowl was seasoned perfectly and complemented each other well, from the creamy goat cheese to the fragrant basil pesto. We also got the superseed avocado toast, which comes piled high with avocado that was both creamy and tangy. For the sweet side, we got the ‘The Dragon’ smoothie featuring a blend of dragonfruit, guava juice, strawberries, mango and raspberries. And finally, we had to try their most popular açaí bowl, the Vitality Bowl. It was super delicious and had the most perfect consistency. The smoothness of the base blend paired with crunchy granola, sweet honey, bananas, strawberries, and organic goji berries made for a delicious bite. It led to us not even thinking about dessert as we left the place! They’re located all over USA so make sure you try them out for healthy, affordable, and delicious food!
