BY BOULDER DAILY CAMERA – Vitality Bowls, which specializes in acai bowls, is opening a cafe location in Boulder.
The cafe franchise location, owned by Jeremy and Jennifer Kashnow, is set to open July 26 at The Village Shopping Center, 2525 Arapahoe Ave., according to a Vitality Bowls news release.
This restaurant will be the first Vitality Bowls cafe in Boulder and the third in Colorado, joining the more than 50 locations nationwide. The Kashnows plan to open two more locations in the Boulder area, the release said.
