Now that I’m a mom of 2, I’m always looking for healthy options for the family on the go. {hosted} Last week @vitalitybowlscastlerock invited us to try their new Savory menu and it was SO good! Even Blake liked trying the new foods. But his favorite was the avocado toast! Swipe to see him take a bite!
You had me at chimichurri. @vitalitybowlsseattle recently started offering grain bowls, salads, and toasts for lunch. I got the chimichurri steak and roasted potatoes bowl with a dragonfruit smoothie. Both were such a healthy alternative for lunch and filled me up nicely. This is just the lunch delivery option I was waiting for! And if you’re feeling especially lazy they are also available on @doordash
Pumpkin Bowl: A blend of açaí, pumpkin, strawberries, banana, cinnamon and almond milk topped with granola, banana, strawberries, pumpkin seeds, honey and nutmeg, $12.49 for a medium and $13.99 for a large
Vitality Bowls – A unique menu update is now available at the City Creek Vitality Bowls location. Dishes exclusive to the SLC branch of this national chain include supergreen goddess salad, chimichurri steak and a roasted potato bowl.
Amazing Fact: The owner of Vitality Bowls in Castle Rock is just 19 years old!
This past weekend my food adventures took me south of Denver to try out some savory menu items at Vitality Bowls. With a supergreens and seeds blend, chicken, egg, avocado, radish, cucumber, feta cheese, and a house made green goddess dressing, this bowl brought flavor and health tenfold. Definitely filling, but it didn’t leave me feeling overstuffed.
